Electronic Permits For Shopping From 5 To 12 Pm

The Ministry of Trade and Industry launched a system to book shopping appointments during the evening period in 6 cooperative societies in the areas of Al-Faiha, Hadiya, Seville, Al-Rawdah, Al-Zahraa and Al-Naeem, which constitutes the first stage of the system, indicating that the number of associations will be increased gradually.

The ministry pointed out that the reservation dates are from 5 pm to 12 midnight, noting that the system allows provision of appointments bookings in various food shopping centers, and leads to reducing mixing and waiting, and also provides another “barcode” to log the shopper’s entry to the purchase site.

She cautioned that the electronic reservation does not entitle the recipient to leave the residential area, but rather to visit the district association on the date booked through the system.

The «Trade» stated that the steps for registering in the system include entering the website (www.moci.shop), entering the required data which is the civil number and the serial number located behind the card, the phone number and the e-mail, with confirmation of the reason for the reservation (shopping in slaughterhouses or fish markets or Cooperative societies, catering branches, supermarkets, and Shubrat)
