Duo Freed In The Case Of Real Estate Fraud

Knowledgeable sources disclosed that the sentences renewal judge ordered the release of two businessmen on KD 30,000 bail each, including a former deputy, in the case of real estate fraud. However, the defendants are barred from traveling. The source said the prosecution has completed the investigation into the case and will soon refer the issue to the criminal court. The prosecutor’s office in mid-December decided to detain the defendants for 21 days in the central prison.
