Doctor Sentenced To 5 Years Jail For Harassing Woman Patient

A well-known doctor has been sentenced to five years in prison for harassing his patients.

The Criminal Court in Kuwait convicted the plastic surgeon with harassment inside his own clinic and ordered his imprisonment.

Chaired by Judge Abdulla Al Othman, the court set a KD5,000 bail to suspend the ruling.

The Criminal Investigation Directorate submitted a video footage filmed inside the doctor’s clinic which was considered as a compelling evidence.

Meanwhile, the case which was filed by one woman against the practitioner was referred to the competent civil court.
