The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) released a statement refuting earlier news that flights have been stopped.

The statement read, “There is no validity for what was reported by a local newspaper today about stopping flights at Kuwait International Airport, and we would like to confirm that departing flights and upcoming flights at Kuwait International Airport are proceeding normally for the second day after the resumption of commercial flights.”

The DGCA official spokesperson Saad Al-Otaibi affirmed that “flights are continuing at Kuwait International Airport according to the established schedules for departing or arriving, except for flights from 31 countries, from where the entry of passengers to Kuwait is prohibited until further notice.”
