Dgca Exempts Diplomats From Registering On The Kuwait Musafir Platform

Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) issued a circular directing all Airlines Operating at Kuwait International Airport (KIA) to adhere to the following guidelines as per the directives of the competent authorities in the State of Kuwait.

All accredited diplomatic missions and official visitors to the State of Kuwait are exempted from the registration on the Kuwaitmosafer platform.

All the passengers arriving at KIA must continue to obtain a negative PCR certificate to prove they are free from Coronavirus. The certificate is valid for 72 hours from the date of the test and the passengers should not display any symptoms such as (cold, sneezing, high temperature, cough, etc..).

The circular stated that the Kuwait Ministry of Health will conduct a PCR test for those mentioned above upon arrival to Kuwait.
