Declared Unfit In Medicals

My wife came to Kuwait she didn’t have any problems with her medical but MoH declared that she has Hepatetis C virus and declared her unfit, finally she returned to India. We did private test in Kuwait which also showed negative before exit but MoH will not accept, India test also showed negative, Please can you help me, how many years of banned will be there for her to enter Kuwait again, as her visa will be family visa, not employment.

Answer: Unfortunately, nothing can be done about this issue as your wife has been declared unfit. This also means that she has been blacklisted and can never gain access to Kuwait in perpetuity unless of cause in future there is a change of policy on this issue.
