Dead Newborn Baby Found In Salmiya

A newborn baby was found dumped near a mosque in Salmiya area , Securitymen and medical emergency personnel rushed to the location after the Operations Room received a call from Egyptian Imam who saw the dead infant inside plastic near the mosque at block 3 , investigations are underway to identify the parents.
