Darwazat Al-abd Al-razzaq Tunnel In Sharq Closed For Renovation

Darwazat Al-Abd Al-Razzaq tunnel in the Sharq area is closed down since last Friday in preparation for handing it over to the municipality to take the necessary measures of either demolishing it or completely redeveloping it.

According to Ministry of Public Works, based on the directives of the General Traffic Department, the Ministry secured the site of the Derwaza after a crack appeared in the surface asphalt layer.

The tunnel closed down while carrying out the repair works to ensure traffic safety.
