Csc Does Not Force Graduates To Work In Jobs Not Connected To Their Activity
Civil Service Commission (CSC) does not force graduates with certain specializations to work in jobs that are not related to their specializations, reports Al-Anba daily quoting informed sources.
They explained that CSC seeks to meet the desire of graduates of Sharia College to work in the government sector and in the ministry where they are looking for work, as well as provide the job at quickly as possible without making them wait for a long time.
Based on this keenness, CSC has set three options to choose the best one for them. The first option is to work as transaction execution coordinator in Ministry of Awqaf which will allow them to know all the departments and sectors of the ministry, and pave the way for success when they take up the position of legal researcher.
Besides accepting work in this specialization, the goal of CSC will be achieved, which is to fill the specializations that are emptied through implementation the Kuwaitization decision to hire Kuwaitis for work in the administrative sectors.
The second option is to wait until providing CSC with the names of the sectors and departments to work as legal researcher. The third option is to wait until completion of the study by CSC concerning specification in the work centers that fresh researchers of Islamic studies can occupy.
