Croatia Islamic Center Remembers Late Kuwait Ruler With Prayers

An Islamic center in the Croatian capital Zagreb held memorial prayers on Saturday for Kuwait’s former ruler Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, whose passing this week sparked an outpouring of grief from world leaders.

In a statement, Khaled Yaseen, the Islamic Cultural Centerآ‘s assistant chief, extended his “deepest condolences” over the death of the Kuwaiti Amir, as he prayed for “Allah’s mercy upon the soul of the deceased.”
