Criminal Court Has Opened Doors To Continue Its Hearing On The Case Involving Abdul Aziz Al Shamlan Whos Accused Of Running Over

The Criminal Court has opened doors to continue its hearing on the case involving Abdul-Aziz Al-Shamlan who’s accused of running over, stabbing and murdering Martyr Turki Al-Enezi and set the hearing for April 2 to listen to the testimonies of witnesses. The Public Prosecution charged Al-Shamlan with first degree murder based on his intention to kill by running over several police officers manning a security checkpoint. The prosecution also charged the suspect for publicly transgressing the authority of HH the Amir, enticing people to join a group whose main agenda is to spread principles that will shatter the prevailing system, besides destroying property and resisting arrest. Earlier, the court adjourned the case for the presentation of psychiatric report on the accused.
