Gtd Is Exerting Efforts To Arrest A Motorist Identified As “mejo”

General Traffic Department is exerting efforts to arrest a motorist identified as “Mejo” who was seen driving dangerously and committing traffic violations in a video that went viral on social media, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

According to security sources, a number of social media users requested the traffic authorities to arrest the motorist on the basis of the live video he uploaded on social media in which he can be seen driving on the pavement of a road and crossing the red signal among other violations.

The sources affirmed that the suspect will be arrested and necessary legal actions will be taken, and his vehicle will be seized, adding that the suspect is one among those against who a number of citations have been issued for driving recklessly and endangering their own lives and lives of others.
