Court Ordered Kuwaiti Citizen To Divorce His Wife Due To The Harms He Caused Her

The Family Court ordered a Kuwaiti citizen to divorce his wife due to the harms he caused her, and give her entire rights following the divorce. Lawyer Zaid Al-Khabbaz had filed the lawsuit on the behalf of the wife, after her husband kicked her out along with her daughter. He presented some WhatsApp messages which proved that the husband kicked the wife out of the house many times in the past. Lawyer Al-Khabbaz revealed that the husband also did not pay for the expenses of the family.
