Court Has Put An End To Lawsuits On Indemnities For Military Personnel

The Court of Cassation has put an end to lawsuits on “indemnities” for military personnel and finally decided to include the period of study in the military college as ‘active service’, reports Al-Qabas daily. The decision, which follows many years of encounter in court, affects officers in the four military institutions (Army, Police, National Guard and Fire Service).
