Court Dismissed A Lawsuit Filed By Woman Who Demanded Her Right To Oversee The Funds

The Family Court dismissed a lawsuit filed by a woman who demanded her right to oversee the funds allocated to her daughter by the Public Authority for Disabled Affairs (PADA). According to the case file, the woman had filed the case to dispute the authority of her divorced husband (the father) over her daughter, recommending that the funds allocated to her daughter, who is under her custody, should also be under her control. She insisted that her exhusband is not taking care of his daughter and not spending on her. Representing the father was Lawyer Mariam Al-Bahra, who affirmed during the court session that the authority of the father on his daughter is mandatory and that the plaintiff did not present any substantial evidence to back her allegations.
