Court Cancelled The Decision Of Mof

The Administrative Court canceled the decision of the Ministry of Finance which not only refrained from considering the previous service of an employee but also terminated his current service. According to the petition submitted by Lawyer Abdulaziz Al-Banwan on behalf of his client, the employee, after joining the ministry, had requested it to consider his previous service along with his actual work but he did not get a response. He then discovered that his service was terminated and was reinstated in his same job without his agreement.
