Court Cancelled Payment Order Against A Citizen In Favor Of Tele Communications Company

Civil Circuit at the Court of First Instance cancelled payment order of KD 5,000 issued against a citizen in favor of a communications company for telephone calls and monthly subscriptions. Lawyer Jarrah Al-Shraika representing the citizen argued that the payment order was illegal, insisting his client knew nothing about the debts. He added that report of the experts discounted any claim of debts against the defendant.
