Court Acquitted A Man

17 January 2018 Crime News

The Sixth Criminal Circuit in the Court of Appeals upheld the decision of the First Instance Court that acquitted a man of smuggling drugs and intoxicants for trafficking as well as possession of unlicensed guns. Attorney Talal Al-Enezi, lawyer for the accused, argued in court that the search and arrest warrant was invalid because it was found out later that the searched flat was rented by somebody else and the accused denied any relation between him and tenant of the flat, so he has nothing to do with the confiscated drugs and weapons.
