Court Acquitted 2 Citizens Who Were Accused In Possession Of Firearms
The Misdemeanor Court acquitted two citizens who were accused of possession of firearms.
The defense counsel Lawyer Ali Al-Ajmi stressed the lack of sufficient material and psychological evidences to convict his clients.
He urged the court to declare his clients innocent of the allegation, because the prosecution officer could not prove his case and his statements were contradicting.
The court agreed that the prosecuting lawyer could not prove his case beyond doubt, because all he presented were circumstantial evidences that could be true or false.
