Court Acquits Fashionista, Husband

30 July 2021 Crime News

The Court of Appeals acquitted a fashionista and her husband who were accused of publishing on their Snapchat account videos that contained phrases deemed offensive to the honor and dignity of a famous person. Representing the defendants was Lawyer Ali Jowhar, who argued that the law was not satisfied with the publishing, but rather linked the publication to criminal intent, which however is a private intent as well as the general intent to the right of the publisher.
