Court Accused A Citizen For Possessing Intoxicants And Driving Under The Influence Of Drugs

The Criminal Court chaired by Counselor Ahmed Al-Yaseen refrained from punishing a citizen accused of possessing intoxicants and driving under the influence of drugs. It also acquitted a citizen of possessing unlicensed weapon after confiscating the piece. And, the Administrative Court cancelled a decision issued by the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor to dissolve the board of directors of Qurain and Mubarak Al-Kabeer Cooperative Society. Former Minister of Social Affairs and Labor and State Minister of Economic Affairs Hind Al-Sabeeh had issued the ministerial decision no. 11/2018 to dissolve the board due to financial and administrative violations.
