He pointed out the disintegration of the soil will cause dust, especially with wind power with speed exceed of 36 km/h. It will lead to dust and make our summer dusty due to lack of winter rain and summer temperatures.

He stressed the lack of rain leads to dust but the dust reduces the temperature levels, which reached its highest levels in 2016, 2017, the highest for 132 years. He pointed out, over the next 50 years Kuwait can expect high temperatures because of the lack of rain as a result of climatic changes, stressing that if the world does not reduce the amount of emissions to combat global warming climatic changes will lead to rising sea levels and oceans and change in the paths of air depressions and air masses. In another context, Ramadan stressed the need to adhere to building standards to meet the threat of earthquakes, noting that the oil reservoirs may be the source of some earthquakes.
