Civil Id Renewal Is Simplified By Paci

To simplify and streamline the digital services available to the people of the country, the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has updated the unified government application for electronic services (Sahel), making it easier for citizens and residents to renew their ID cards for family members.

According to Youssef Kazem, the spokesman for the Sahel application, it will now be easier for family members to renew their civil IDs by using the Sahel application to access the services of PACI in a more quick and simple way. Family heads can now renew the civil ID cards of their children, while companies can renew that of their employees via the Sahel app.

This new update is available to users of the Sahel application by accessing the menu (Services) and selecting the PACI services, choosing ‘Card Services’, selecting ‘Card Renewal Service', and then entering the civil numbers of those whose cards need renewal.
