Civil Aviation: Excluding Kuwaitis And Their First-degree Relatives And Their Domestic Workers From The Decision To Ban Entry To Those Coming From India

The General Administration of Civil Aviation announced the ban on direct commercial flights coming from India from today until further notice.

The administration stated in a circular on its Twitter website directed to all airlines operating at Kuwait International Airport:

Stopping all direct commercial flights coming to the State of Kuwait from the Republic of India.

• It is forbidden to enter the country for all passengers arriving from the Republic of India, whether they are coming directly or through another country, unless they stay outside the Republic of India for at least 14 days before reaching the State of Kuwait.

• Kuwaitis and their first-degree relatives (husband – wife – children) and their domestic workers who accompany them are excluded from this.

• Air cargo flights coming from the Republic of India will continue to operate
