City Bookers Cancelling Booking After Receipt Of Payment

The Worst online site service in Kuwait for ticket booking City Bookers.
I have booked my ticket from Dubai to Kochi on Air India for travel on Jun 29th 2018 and then received mail on Jun 23rd 2018 stating the ticket has been cancelled due to a technical error which when called Air India office in Dubai they told us that City Bookers had only did a provisional booking but did not confirm. I tried calling to City Bookers in Kuwait but no response. I sent a mail back to them asking them pay back my money but again no response so far. I called the again in the evening I got them answer to the telephone after a long wait on the international call & had one lady Ms Dina answering to my call, she told me that the money would be refunded back to my account but till now nothing has happened.
I called up today evening again after s long wait on International call was answered by the same lady who took my booking number & then put my call on hold for over 20 mints which forced me to disconnect. I tried to call again but it connects & is put on waiting.
I have a strong feeling that this is a fraud company & are cheating people
No Office address to go in person and contact Citybookers
