Cid Have Arrested A Young Kuwaiti For Ludicrous Behaviour

Personnel from the Criminal Investigations Department have arrested a young Kuwaiti for unacceptable behavior, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, the suspect is seen in a video clip in the social media wearing earrings, flirting with a girl and asking Allah to have mercy on Saddam Hussein. He has been handed over to the authorities
