There are many ways to check then Civil ID status, one of them is calling the PACI hotline no 1889988, find the steps below to know the status of your Civil ID

Step 1 – Call the PACI Hotline no 1889988

Step 2 – Press 2 to continue in English

Step 3 – Press 1 to Select Civil ID Services

Step 4 - 

Press 1 to know the status of your Civil ID Renewal

Press 2 for Civil ID enquiry – Press 2 and enter your Civil ID no followed by * for example 286052011xxx*

It will give answer whether your Civil ID card is ready or under processing

Press 3 to the validity of Civil ID card

 

Steps to Check Civil ID Status by Sending SMS to 1889988

For Renewal: Send SMS  "R CivilIDNo" to 1889988
For Inquiry: Send SMS "I CivilIDNo" to 1889988
For Envelop inquiry Send SMS "E receiptNO" to 1889988
