Catering Company Filed A Lawsuit Against Mp Askar Al-enezi For Refusing To Pay For Services Worth Kd 34,000

A catering company has filed a lawsuit against MP Askar Al-Enezi after he failed to pay KD 34,000 for the company for services – banquets provided on social occasions, reports Al-Qabas daily.

The Legislative Affairs Committee of the National Assembly has lifted the parliamentary immunity of Al-Enezi to facilitate his appearance in court. Sources pointed out that Al-Enezi, is known for his generosity and social duty on occasions.

The company’s owner accused the deputy of refusing to pay the dues. Prosecutors demanded that Al-Enezi’s immunity be lifted to listen to his statements and reply to the claim
