'cashing Annual Leave' Will Be Presented To The Cabinet For Approval

Deputy Speaker Khalil Al-Saleh announced on Monday that the law regarding 'cashing annual leaves' will be presented to the Council of Ministers for approval, praising Justice Minister Jamal Al-Jalawi's efforts to facilitate its approval and get it to the National Assembly as soon as possible.

Al-Saleh said that Al-Qabas Minister al-Jalawi confirmed via telephone that the decree of the Civil Service Law to allow employees to cash their vacation has the approval of all parties, but must still be approved by the Cabinet during its next meeting on Monday. Al-Saleh said the amendments need to be approved to allow employees to cash vacation and/or annual leave balances.
