Case Against Terror Cell Supporters Adjourned

12 March 2019 Crime News

The Court of Appeals adjourned to March 31 the case filed against those who are accused of sheltering 13 convicts in the Abdali Cell case from the police. The case has been adjourned in order to notify the first defendant cleric Hassan Al-Matouq and request the relevant officer from the State Security Department to attend the coming session. Previously, the Public Prosecution had charged the suspects of sheltering the convicts in the Abdali Cell case, joining a banned organization, and spying for that organization. The defense team said their clients were unaware of the decision to execute the sentences issued by the Court of Cassation, adding that the verdicts were executed few days after they were issued, due to which there is no crime.
