Capt Postpones Decision On Koc Request

CAPT has extended the closing date of the tender for external works for Jurassic production facilities in the areas of northern Kuwait, for a month, and rejected the request of KOC to offer a limited practice to provide unified technical programs services, because the documents of the practice are not compatible with the articles of the Public Tenders Law No. 94 of 2016.

The agency postponed deciding the company’s request for the third extension of a tender contract to and other related services concluded with Al-Wazzan Company for Trade and Food Services for a period of 12 months, the first 6 months being continuous and the next 6 months after a month, starting from Feb 9 until Feb 8, 2021, with the same conditions and prices, for a total of KD 5.732 million.
