British Daredevil Is At It Again, James Kingston Climbed To The Top Of The Marina 101 Building In Dubai Marina

22 February 2016 Kuwait

A Briton who had been previously arrested for climbing skyscapers is at it again, this time scaling the under- construction Marina 101.

"Marina 101... This is by far the tallest structure I've climbed so far... I later found out that it's the tallest residential building in the world. Crazy, huh?" That's how the British thrill-seeker James Kingston topped his insane video post uploaded on Sunday, February 21.

Kingston, 25, who posts videos of his outrageous feats on his Youtube channel, had previously climbed the Eiffel Tower, as well as structures in various UK cities and all over Europe. He had also previously climbed in Dubai and India. The latest video is doing the rounds on Facebook and Youtube.

Kingston had previously climbed Dubai's 413-metre Princess Tower in Dubai in 2014.  The Marina 101 is a 101-floor, 425-metre skyscraper currently under construction in the Dubai Marina. The crane he scaled rises to 450 metres.

"It took me about an hour and a half to get to the roof of the building using the crane to get up the first 50 meters or so," Kingston wrote on his post.

"It was then about an hour of stairs while trying not to die of dehydration ... I came across a few workers on the way up who wished me a good day and shook my hand. The workers in Dubai seem to mostly be from India and are some of the nicest people I've ever met," he said.
