Away From Kuwait And Residence Validity

My baby left Kuwait on April 27, we are planning to bring him back to Kuwait on Oct 24. … Is it OK? How many days are allowed for absent abroad so that his visa will not be cancelled?

Answer: The law on absence from Kuwait talks about six months and not days. This means that your baby will not face any problems if he/she arrives on October 24 since that date will still be within the six-month window allowed to stay outside Kuwait before returning.
