Attorney Abrar Al- Saleh Filed A Lawsuit Against A Female Blogger On Instagram

Attorney Abrar Al- Saleh filed a lawsuit against a female blogger on Instagram, accusing her of posting indecent and shameful contents on a public platform which is against the law and customs of the Kuwaiti society. In her complaint, the lawyer mentioned that the blogger appears in video clips posted on her public Instagram account and viewed by anyone. She said the contents of the video clips promote vice, indicating that her actions being viewed on her public platform is the core of moral turpitude in a conservative and religious society. The lawyer stressed the need to punish the blogger as per Law No. 63/2015 on combating cyber crimes.
