At Kuwait University, Dozens Of Students Opt Out

Many students who applied to Kuwait University and were approved to study in a variety of fields during the academic year 2022–2023 have made requests to withdraw.

These kids have expressed a willingness to join either the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training or the internal scholarship program, according to a local Arabic newspaper. The sources noted that although they specified their preferred specialization’s on their admissions applications, there are currently no statistics on the number of students who have withdrawn their enrollment. However, it is believed that a sizable number of them have accepted specialization’s that they did not initially wish to pursue.

According to the sources, student withdrawals have left many seats vacant in various faculties, giving the university the chance to expand the number of seats available for admission in the second semester and move through with the plan to admit exceptional foreign students.
