Asian Engineer Arrested For Trading In Locally Manufactured Liquor

An Asian engineer working for a construction company was arrested for trading in locally manufactured liquor. According to security sources, Farwaniya securitymen were patrolling the suburb of Abdullah Al-Mubarak when suspected an expatriate who was seen moving a number of bottles from two parked cars to his own car. When he saw the police approaching, he tried to run away but he was chased and seized. Police confiscated 764 bottles filled with locally manufactured liquor. The suspect admitted to running a “factory” for manufacturing alcohol. He was referred with the contraband to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.
