Ardhiya Traffic Campaign Captures 600 Violators In 3 Hours

On Saturday night, traffic cops targeted the Ardhiya Industrial City. In order to capture lawbreakers, careless drivers, those wanted by the law, and outlaws, the Ministry of Interior increased its control over the region and blocked off all entries and exits. The Department of Coordination, Follow-up, and Education in the Ministry's Traffic and Operations Sector carried out the campaign, which resulted in the issuance of 600 citations in 3 hours and the placement of a "block" of 550 contravening vehicles.

Brigadier Khaled Mahmoud, the traffic sector's assistant director-general of coordination, follow-up, and education confirmed 600 violations were recorded in three hours in an exclusive statement to a local Arabic daily. He added that 10 people who broke the residence law were arrested and six minors were detained for driving without a license, and about 70 home delivery bike riders received citations for not wearing helmets and for not having a driver's license.
