An Integrated Plan For The Return Of Nurseries

Assistant Undersecretary for the Social Development Sector at the Ministry of Affairs, Hana Al-Hajri, reviewed the ministry’s vision for the return of nurseries coinciding with the return of education schools in September, Al Anbaa reported.

Al-Hajri said in a special statement to the daily that the Ministry has laid down its vision for the return of nurseries. Regular types and nurseries for special needs will start working in September.

She added that the Ministry had received many re-opening requests from nursery owners. The competent authorities were addressed, such as the Ministry of Health, Public Authority of Manpower, the National Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises, and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

Al-Hajri said that Private nurseries would return with the Ministry of Education decision of reopening of schools in September

She indicated that the return plan includes a preparatory period for preparing private nurseries from June to August, which includes sterilizing buildings, developing health guidelines, and determining the number of children in each class, under health requirements.

As for workers in nurseries, they will have received the vaccination.

She added that the Private Nursery Supervision Department in the Al-Qusour area will receive nursery school owners to provide them with a guide for the Ministry of Health requirements.
