Al-mutairi Says, The Situation Is Under Control And We Are Preparing For The Second Wave Of Corona

Local Arabic news paper Alqabas reported that The Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Mutairi, reiterated that the Corona epidemic is under control in the country, stressing the need to adhere to health requirements and controls. Al-Mutairi said: The workplace will return during the fourth phase by more than 50%, in addition to opening restaurants with social distancing. He explained that the Ministry of Health withdrew activities from the fifth to the fourth phase, given the stability of the epidemiological situation in the country, with the imposition of special controls for these activities, to ensure compliance with health requirements.

He stated that the fixed virus infection numbers indicate the transparency of the Ministry of Health in announcing them, and it is also evidence of non-compliance with health requirements by citizens and residents, especially in the early stages of facing the Corona pandemic.

He continued: The Ministry is developing plans to confront any second wave of the Corona virus, as the local situation is monitored, and it is expected during the month of October to enter the seasonal flu wave, which may mix with the “Corona”, indicating that this matter is being tracked and readings on a daily basis, wishing to obtain vaccinations The occasion to stop the second wave, stressing the need for compliance with health requirements by citizens and residents.
