Almost 638 Drug Suspects Were Arrested In The First Quarter, Moi Says; Children Need To Be Watched

During the first quarter of 2022, the General Administration for Drug Control and its Department of Public Relations and Security Media were working on security campaigns to confront smugglers and drugs pushers. The security campaigns led to the arrest of 638 suspected criminals, according to the Department of Public Relations and Security Media.

The General Administration of Narcotics Control, according to a local Arabic daily, is continuing its campaigns in coordination with all sectors of society and security agencies in order to eliminate the drugs menace in the interest of society because drug promoters are known to target young people.
