Al-jalawi Praises The Customs Cooperation With Saudi Arabia In Facilitating The Procedures For The Movement Of Goods

The Director General of the General Administration of Customs, Counselor Jamal Al-Jalawi, affirmed that the customs cooperation between the State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is of great importance and remarkable cooperation to simplify procedures and facilitate the movement of goods between the two brotherly countries.

Al-Jalawi said in a press statement: We always seek to consolidate procedures through bilateral cooperation in a way that benefits the Gulf citizen, and the efforts made by both sides always bear fruit in developing solutions to the difficulties on the customs side, and facilitating the exchange of experiences and electronic linkage between the customs systems in the two countries.

He added: Based on this vital matter, and constructive cooperation between Kuwaiti Customs and Saudi Customs, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Customs is organizing an introductory workshop to explain the work system for managing trucks in Saudi ports. Through the “Fasah” electronic platform (related to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Customs), through which it is possible to register and follow up the reservation. An introductory workshop will be organized to explain the work system and all the steps through a two-hour remote workshop via the (Microsoft Teams) application, on the 18th This November, starting from 10 am to 12 noon.
