Aim Of Toughening Traffic Penalties For Violations Is Not To Burden The Violators - Al-shuwea
Al-Shuwea said the aim of toughening traffic penalties for violations is not to burden the violators, but to restore discipline and reduce the rates of death and injury. He pointed out the weekly traffic revenues from fines has reach KD 1.2 million. He hopes this income will fall by more than 50 percent by commitment to the traffic laws that have been enforced for the safety of road users.
