Ahmadi, Jahra Hospitals In Daman Are 70% Complete

According to Mutlaq Al-Sanea, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Health Insurance Hospitals Company 'Daman,' the completion rate of the company's two facilities in the Ahmadi and Jahra governorates has reached 70% and the hospitals are scheduled to be handed over by the end of this year.

According to a local Arabic newspaper, Al-Sanea notified the company's regular general assembly on Wednesday that the "Covid-19" pandemic's ramifications continued to disrupt various parts of life, including the economic and business sectors in Kuwait and throughout the world.

He said that the firm met and overcame the hurdles posed by the global crisis by remaining committed to completing its goals and strategy, which comprise five primary health care facilities spread across Kuwait, as well as two hospitals in the Ahmadi and Jahra governorates.

He stated that the company's third primary health care centre was opened in Dajeej in 2020 and began operations in early 2021, adding that work has begun to prepare and equip two additional centres in Jahra and Fahaheel to complete the first phase of primary health care centre requirements this year.

He stated that the firm works together with the Ministry of Health to begin transitioning expatriates working in the private sector to the Daman company system following its launch
