Abnormal Man Almost Caused A Massacre

MOI unit of Jahra security dept captured a man who nearly slaughtered security men who were on the job at a check point to Implement Total Lockdown  

As indicated by a security source, at a security point on Jahra Road a vehicle came at a very high speed even after prior warnings. It was found that the driver was in abnormal Condition
