According to Al-Seyassah daily, 460 juveniles were referred to the Juvenile Prosecution Office for driving vehicles without licenses within 60 days, according to the Interior Ministry.

The source explained that referring these adolescents to prosecution and then to court could be precedent in their criminal records, hence the need to raise their awareness of the consequences of driving without a license.
