A Proposal Submitted To Stop Working In Last Days Of Ramadan
The parliamentary Human Resources Committee has recently approved the proposal of MP Hamad Al-Obaid to suspend work in the public sector during the last 10 days of the holy month of Ramadan. This decision aims to provide public sector employees with more time for worship, prayers, and performing rituals, which are important aspects of Ramadan.
The proposal has been put forward as a means of honoring the sacred month of Ramadan and allowing employees to prioritize their spiritual duties without compromising their work commitments. The suspension of work in the public sector during the last 10 days of Ramadan is expected to benefit employees by enabling them to observe the holy month with more dedication and devotion.
The parliamentary committee's approval of the proposal is a positive step towards ensuring that public sector employees have the opportunity to fully engage in the practices and customs of Ramadan. This decision also demonstrates the government's respect for the religious and cultural values of its citizens and residents.
In conclusion, the suspension of work in the public sector during the last 10 days of Ramadan is a significant development for public sector employees in Kuwait. It provides them with the opportunity to prioritize their spiritual responsibilities during this holy month while maintaining their work commitments. The decision is expected to have a positive impact on the well-being and productivity of employees, contributing to a more harmonious and balanced work-life culture.
