A Ministry Offer Is Rejected By Cyclists

According to Al-Qabas daily, the Ministry of Interior conducted a study that showed that the time between 7:00 am and 10:00 am on Fridays was best for cyclists to practice their hobby on the Jaber Bridge, but cyclists said it was inconvenient for them.

Also, the farmers claimed that the closure of the bridge for vehicles at this time will harm them since this is the best time for them to transport their products. Accordingly, the ministry decided to close the bridge for vehicular traffic on Fridays only if government institutions or private companies request permission.
