Ministry Of Health Employees Requests A Transfer

The Ministry of Health is receiving transfer requests for its employees in accordance with a directive issued by the Minister of Health, Dr. Khaled Al-Saeed, which states that all employees are allowed to relocate once a year, in April.

According to a local Arabic newspaper, the judgment states that when filing a transfer request, it must be done on the required form, which includes the words "transfer from" and "transfer to," as well as the consent of the pertinent assistant undersecretary. Within the first two weeks of April, the requests must be filed.

The Ministry of Health has formed a committee to consider requests for employee transfers between central departments and health regions, and it will make decisions based on the need for work, the nature of health facilities, whether transferred from or to, and in a way that achieves equitable distribution across the Ministry's sectors.

The extent to which the employee requesting the transfer will benefit from the transferee will be determined in light of the job title, qualifications, and scientific certificates obtained to maintain good service performance and work interest will be coordinated with the concerned authorities in the ministry.
