A Kuwaiti Woman Settles In Iran With Millions Of Dinars

A Kuwaiti female engineer working for the Ministry of Electricity and Water who reportedly fled the country and went to Iran with millions of dinars is said to have settled in Ahwaz. A security source said personnel from the Criminal Investigations Department have arrested the Iranian who had accompanied the woman to Iran. The man was arrested upon his return to the country two days ago.

However, he denied helping her. He added, it is she who met him when he was at the airport to see his wife off. The source added the security authorities in Kuwait are in contact with their Iranian counterparts to arrest the woman and extradite her to Kuwait since she is wanted by law in Kuwait.
