An unidentified Kuwaiti plans to file a lawsuit against his expatriate ex-wife in her home country because she has reportedly eloped with another man, got married to him and gave birth to a baby girl. The Kuwaiti said, he had separated from his wife over family matters and the divorce case is still awaiting a ruling in a local court.
